Sobha's largest single development to date — six residential towers anchored by what will be JLT's tallest residential building at roughly 360 metres and 95 storeys. The masterplan layers elevated parks, a tech-powered retail mall, co-working floors, and a grand prayer hall above the typical apartment-tower mix. For an Australian buyer the read is straightforward: a Sobha-built, Sheikh-Zayed-Road-fronting tower with retail and F&B baked into the podium means rental demand is structural, not seasonal. We're treating Sobha Central as the flagship release for our 2026 Australian-buyer cohort. Two towers are currently in active release: The Horizon (Phase I, levels 13–75, 1-bed Type B from 581 sqft / AED 1.61M) and The Serene (Phase II, levels 14–65, 2-bed Type A from 853 sqft / AED 2.48M). Both run a 60/40 construction-linked plan with handover targeted Q4 2029.
